All Fleets:
- .05 additional for all qualifying hazmat loads
- $35 Stop Pay
- $50 NYC
- $35 Clean Roadside Inspections
- Unloading and Tarping Pay
- Fuel Surcharge (based on current DOE index)

- File quarterly fuel taxes
- Company fuel card with discounts
- Cargo insurance
- Advances available for emergency road repairs
- Qualcomm unit and usage
- License Plates & Permits
- Van/Reefer division - IL/IN tolls and all bridges/tunnels paid by the company
- other tolls need authorization.
- Weekly settlements - Direct deposits (your bank or Comdata Card)
