Mileage: Practical

Van Division Only 48 State

* After base ROP has been established, annual review to determine adjustment

OTR drivers must leave Saturday with long load out of Marinette or Green Bay terminal

Must be able to run all 48 states, no forced NY City or Canada

Primary running area would be east of the Mississippi

Tractors will be slip seated

No Bonuses

No Vacation

Eligible for 401(k) with Co. match after 90 days of service

$60 Holiday pay if the holiday is during your work week (same policy as other fleets)

Work Schedule: Saturday-Friday - may get in early Sat morning at times (26 weeks out of the year)

Average Weekly Miles: 3000-3200/wk --- approx. 80,000 miles per year

We can offer Health/Dental Insurance Benefits if the following is met:

Must drive 17,500 miles for the quarter

3) INSURANCE WAIVER
This election will result in not having any insurance benefits. Drivers will receive an additional $.01/mi for this option. All other employees will receive a $1200 annual ($100/month) bonus.
